    Expectations were far exceeded

The opportunity to correct an often neglected item in our impressions has now been made available by the fine folks of South Union Mills. This amazing handkerchief is "right" in so many areas, weight. color and quality. Simply a must have! One word of advice is to use cold water to "set" the color before use.

    What a wonderful surprise!

Posted by Meg on 25th Jul 2015

I used to be a reenactor, and hate not being authentic in every way. My husband is currently a docent at Historic San Juan Bautista in California, and I thought I would surprise him with a piece for his civilian impression. I ordered this item, and was so pleased when it came! It is large, lovely, and so very soft! I am so pleased with my purchase! Thanks for your efforts.

Special Handling by SU Mills Receives 100 stars!

Posted by Carmen Cavello on 14th Feb 2015

When South Union Mills received my last minute order for my Valentine in a distance state, they noticed he had ordered the same thing during the same timeframe. Chris (of SU Mills) offered to ship out a different version of the same item directly to him so I wouldn't miss this important date! This is what customer service is like in HEAVEN. My sweetie got the gift several days in advance. I am sure the product is PERFECT but the service was even better. How cool is that? Thanks, Chris!

This product is a phenomenal reproduction of a soldier's handkerchief, straight from the heart of the Midwest. Great for use in the field and gives your impression just the touch it needs. And functional to boot! Just be careful to wash and air-dry it a few times before you take it into the field.

This handkerchief is such an awesome product, and the same goes for the other patterns. This is such a cool void to have filled in our hobby. Things like this just adds an extra layer to our interpretation and first person experiences. Thank you Chris Utley for your fantastic work on these!
