This latest offering is the July 1862 edition of the American Messenger, a periodical that was published through the American Tract Society. This issue contains news from the front from Chaplains and other current day information. Very interesting read, and of course a better option than having to read your typical Harper's Weekly! 4 folded newsprint pages.
