We are happy to be offering these handmade osnaburg shirts that are made from Needle & Thread's excellent cotton osnaburg cloth, from the common mid-19th century "on the square" pattern. Our shirts are made with a foot powered treadle sewing machine, no electricity involved whatsoever, and the button holes are hand done as per the originals. We have sizes to cover roughly sizes 40-42 and 44-48. Larger sizes will be offered soon. Expertly made by one of our Old Order Amish seamstresses in the same manner as they were in the 19th century...NO DIFFERENCES in the home these were made in and the homes of the 19th century.
Note - We try to keep several sizes in stock. If your size is not in stock at the time of order, a wait of 4-6 weeks may be necessary. Please understand this before ordering, as we cannot accept mid-order cancellations because an item doesn't make it to you for a particular event.
