This later 18th century waistcoat is perfect for your 1770s-1780s outfit. Our waistcoat is patterned from original examples and is made from your choice of wool, linen/cotton blend, or jeans cloth. As with many originals, the edges are left raw when wool is used. The waistcoat features hand finished button holes and topstitching, functional pockets, and your choice of pewter or cloth covered buttons. The waistcoats are lined with linen/cotton cloth. These waistcoats are available in the same cloth choices as our 18th century breeches, and paired with just the breeches or our 18th century workman’s coat would form a great 18th century impression.
